Susan Laker

Sloane’s in-house legal adviser is Susan Laker. Susan has led contract negotiations for multiple acquisitions and mergers over a long career and has acted as legal adviser to companies floating or raising new capital on the London Stock Exchange. She is also a commercial lawyer by background, covering a wide range of contract law in different jurisdictions and languages.
Susan was a post-graduate Kennedy Scholar at Harvard University after studying Mandarin at SOAS at the University of London.
